Position Overview
Wonder Works RV is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced RV Restoration Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of RV restoration projects. This role is critical to ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the high standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management:

Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of RV restoration projects, from initial assessment to final delivery.
Develop project timelines and budgets while ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Team Coordination:

Lead a team of technicians, fabricators, and subcontractors to execute restoration tasks.
Ensure clear communication and collaboration among all team members.
Customer Interaction:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns.
Review customer requests and incorporate feedback into the restoration process.
Quality Assurance:

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and customer expectations.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the restoration process.
Materials and Inventory:

Source and procure necessary materials and components for each project.
Manage inventory levels to minimize delays and ensure cost efficiency.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of project progress, expenses, and timelines.
Provide regular reports to management on project status and performance.
Qualifications
Experience:

Proven experience in project management, ideally in RV restoration, automotive restoration, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in RV repair or customization is highly desirable.
Skills:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Certifications:

PMP certification is a plus but not required.
Technical certifications in automotive or RV repair are advantageous.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
