Restoration Jobs was designed to narrow the focus and bridge the gap by connecting restoration companies directly with qualified candidates. How are we doing this? Well, Colonel Sanders didn’t just hand out his recipe but trust us, we are using the latest technology to cook up sweet results. Every aspect of this site was designed with the restoration employer and candidate in mind. We made it easy for experienced candidates to apply with our custom “lighting apply." We are also educating entry level candidates about industry opportunities and what disaster restoration is all about. Our goal is to deliver results for both the candidate seeking a restoration job and those posting them. We are obsessed with collecting both candidate and poster feedback so that we can fine tune our methods, content and deliver results. This site will evolve over time to help support the restoration industry in many ways beyond just connecting candidates and employers. However, becoming the restoration industries’ #1 job site for finding talent is our first and only objective.
