Sales Estimator

Summary

Perform all Project tasks during job process, job monitoring, tracking, coordination, and estimating of jobs. Maintain on going communication with customers and Clients to ensure excellent customer service is received thus being convenient to do business with. This position builds repeat “Raving Fans”.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

1. Initial
a. Gain customer and client confidence by winning the project!
b. Sell the SERVPRO way by explaining the process to the customer
c. Be convenient to do business with
2. Coordination
a. Ensure the project is properly scheduled out
b. Monitor project status
c. Ensure client requirements are followed and communicate needs to Project Managers
3. Documentation
a. Ensure Contract to begin services is signed
b. Create estimate using Drybook and Xactimate
c. Use of Matterport camera for sketching, when needed, such as
larger losses, fire losses or at your discretion
4. Communication and Reporting
a. Maintain internal communications with JFC and Project Managers by project during WIP and on site

b. Maintain external communications with Clients and customers c. Complete the upload and audit process
d. Send task to office for invoicing
5. Financial
a. Job costing through work orders in Restoration Manager (to come in 2021)
b. Ensure office has accurate claim and deductible information c. Collect ½ up front for self-pay jobs
d. Meet weekly revenue goals by performing business development, Client retention, and Client relationship
management on a weekly basis
Necessary Experience and Skill Set
• A minimum two years of restoration experience
• Experience in writing estimates in Xactimate is preferred
• IICRC certifications of WRT and FSRT required within 90 days • Working knowledge of current industry and SERVPRO
software • Superb customer service, administrative, verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is preferred
Formal Education/Training
• High school diploma
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
This position requires the ability to lift, safe use of ladders, and bend or stand for long periods of time as necessary.

Additional Working Hours and Travel Requirements

This is a full-time position. This position will require longer hours at times, some weekend work, and travel, dependent upon the business needs.
