ATI Restoration LLC is a national leader in construction restoration. ATI takes pride in assisting all of our customers and clients -- no project is too big or too small. As a part of our national expansion efforts, we are adding to our teams. We have an immediate opening for a Restoration Supervisor in our Philadelphia, PA office.
A Restoration Supervisor is responsible for working as part of a team to perform emergency services and contents restoration work while adhering to company policies and procedures regarding remediation.
This includes, but is not limited to, supervising crew members and other employees on job sites, but could include packing customers' contents, general on-location cleaning, HVAC cleaning and deodorization of facilities, assisting with the inventory of site contents, set up of emergency services equipment, preparing contents for storage and lifting items into storage.
The individual will also adhere to EPA, OSHA, and local requirements regarding safety and hazardous materials handling. Other qualifications and responsibilities might arise as deemed necessary by circumstances.
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of supervisory experience
Must have current IICRC certifications
Must have experience with water losses and contents
Positive attitude, strong work ethic with the ability to follow directions.
Good communication skills and commitment to company safety policy are a must.
