What You’ll Do:

As a Certified Property Restoration Technician, you’ll be on the front lines of emergency response, remediation, and recovery. From water and fire damage to mold and microbial threats, you’ll help restore homes and peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities:

· • Execute water, fire, smoke, and mold damage restoration services

· • Perform water, fire, and mold remediation to IICRC/AMRT standards

· • Perform remediation services to IICRC/AMRT standards

· • Set up and manage drying equipment, air scrubbers, and containment zones

· • Document jobs thoroughly using Mitigate and Xactimate software

· • Communicate clearly with team members, customers, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors

· • Keep job sites clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

· • Be part of the on-call team for after-hours emergencies

What We’re Looking For:

· • Current AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician) certification (IICRC)

· • Hands-on experience with Mitigate and Xactimate software

· • Minimum 2 years of field experience in property restoration or related work

· • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions

· • Must pass a background check and drug screening
