About Us:
Universal Roofing Specialists is a rapidly growing commercial roofing company dedicated to providing exceptional roofing solutions. We are expanding our services by launching an Insurance Claims Division and are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Director to lead this new venture. If you have a strong background in insurance claims, roofing sales, and leadership, we want you on our team!
Position Overview:
As the Sales Director – Insurance Claims Division, you will be responsible for launching and growing our new division. This includes developing sales strategies, building and leading a high-performance team, managing the insurance claims process, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Launch and Lead the Insurance Claims Division: Establish the division from the ground up, including developing processes, systems, and strategies.
Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance claims specialists and sales representatives.
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
Insurance Claims Management: Oversee the insurance claims process, including inspections, negotiations with adjusters, and converting claims into roofing contracts.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, and partners.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, adjust strategies as needed, and report to senior management.
Training and Development: Educate the team on roofing systems, insurance claims, and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in insurance claims, roofing sales, or related fields. Prior leadership experience required.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of roofing systems, insurance claims processes, and insurance adjuster negotiations.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build and lead high-performance sales teams.
Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
