We are hiring a Restoration Contents Manager and Restoration Contents Technicians.
The manager will oversee and manage a team of Contents Technicians to pack belongings and prepare them for storage from homes that recently suffered loss from water and/or fire damage. This position requires management experience, time management abilities, attention to detail and the ability to sympathize with the customer.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of Technicians (Manager position only)
• Take photos of customer belongings for inventory
• Properly pack boxes and wrap items to ensure safety and stability during travel and storage
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repetitively, organize boxes and get creative with packing
• Ability to lift and carry large items, like furniture, in and out of a home and storage pod
• Familiarity with furniture – how to assemble and disassemble
• Familiarity with tools: drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to timelines and specifications

Qualifications:
• Proficient with Xactimate (Manager) / Preferred knowledge of Xactimate (Technicians)
• Familiar with pack out process from start to finish (Required for Manager, preferred for Technicians)
• Work well in a team environment
• Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Flexible schedule

We work exclusively with properties that have experienced a loss covered by insurance. Our services are tailored to the unique demands of these situations creating the need of availability on a moment’s notice. This is a contractor position for the first 90 days with the potential to change to salaried full-time.
