Boston Harbor Water Restoration is seeking a full time Water Restoration Supervisor to lead our water mitigation and restoration projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the restoration team, overseeing job progress, ensuring quality work, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians and laborers on water restoration projects.
- Assess water damage and develop restoration plans.
- Manage daily operations, materials, and equipment usage.
- Help coordinate with property owners, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure all work complies with company and industry standards (IICRC).
- Train and mentor team members in best practices for water damage restoration and mitigation.
- Perform inspections before, during, and after the project to guarantee high-quality work.
- Maintain project documentation, including job notes, time logs, and photographs.
- Monitor job performance, productivity, and safety on the worksite.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in water damage restoration, mitigation, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory experience managing a team preferred.
- IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) or higher preferred.
- Strong knowledge of water damage mitigation processes, including equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.) and drying techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
