STOP Restoration is a family-owned and operated restoration company in Spokane, WA. We are looking for a Production Manager. We are a company that handles residential and commercial mitigation services related to Water, Fire, Smoke, Mold, and BioHazard disasters as we as contents services.

Our Production Manager will have the responsibility to manage the day-to-day operations of our Production Department. This includes the operational execution of the work performed as well as the financial aspect of this work as well.
The Production Manager will be required to be flexible and versatile. On-the-job learning of new and different ways to process files, use of computer systems and reporting techniques, and other necessary assignments as determined by management must be accepted by the Project Coordinator. Adaptability and processing changing priorities is necessary.
Hours: Full-Time position with the primary schedule being M-F 7:30-4:30
Responsibilities:
Daily Activities:
Planning, organizing, supervising and leading projects in water/fire/smoke/mold/biohazard/contents restoration work.
Ensure projects come in on time and within budget
Proficient on estimating software, other industry software and documentation systems.
Work closely to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow STOP systems each and everyday on all project to make sure we get desired outcome
Qualifications:
Experience:
MUST HAVE 4+ years prior experience in the industry (Fire, Water, Smoke, Mold and BioHazard).
Skills:
Communicating with staff, industry professionals and customers.
Handle challenging clients and situations.
Document & track related production data, using both hardcopy and related software programs. Specific experience with Xactimate Software.
Attention to detail and highly organized.
Industry Certifications (IICRC, etc.).
Strong Leadership Skills Required
