A Project Manager for a Water, Fire Mitigation & Mold Remediation Company is needed. This is a full-time position in the greater area of Boston, MA.

There will be times when you will be on-call and will have to respond for emergency services.

Responsibilities and skills needed include, but not limited to:

Must be able to do inspections in homes and sell jobs!
Certified in Mold Remediation is recommended but not required
Certified in Fire/Soot Mitigation is recommended but not required
Certified in Water Mitigation is recommended but not required
Must have:
Knowledge of insurance protocol
Knowledge of Xactimate
Track labor hours for workers
Site Reports/Sketching & providing scope of work thoroughly
Process Estimates
Customer Service
Professional and positive attitude
Have a valid Drivers License.
Must Be able to manage multiple jobs.
Great organization skills and attention to details
*Experience with Home Improvement construction is not needed, but can be useful.
