The Position:

Production technicians are responsible for remediating water, fire, and mold damage to residential and commercial structures, cleaning and maintaining vehicles and equipment, ensuring a safe work area, executing work orders, leading a crew of technicians on job sites, communicating with customers, and reporting to a crew chief.

Compensation:

Hourly wage is dependant on experience, skill, and certifications. We also offer an outstanding benefits package including 401(k) and match, comprehensive zero deductible health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid vacation.

Job Responsibilities:

● Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies necessary for each project.
● Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment.
● Prepare areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
● Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
● Perform production processes following the company’s guidelines and crew chief’s instructions.
● Ensure clear two-way communication with crew chief and other technicians, especially regarding customer needs and concerns.
● Perform end-of-day cleanup and breakdown.
● Exceed the customer’s expectations.

Job Requirements:

● Experience in cleaning and restoration is preferred
● IICRC certifications are preferred
● Effective written and verbal communication
● Basic math skills
● High school diploma or GED
● Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
● Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g. crawls spaces, attics)
● Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
● Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
● Ability to work with/around cleaning products and chemicals
● Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
● Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
