Servpro of St. Charles/Geneva/Batavia & East & West Dundee/ SW Barrington Hills is part of the largest water/fire/mold restoration companies nationwide.

EXPERIENCE RECOMMENDED

Although the majority of our work is scheduled during normal business hours, this position requires some overtime, occasional weekend, and rotating "On Call" availability. Our franchise is seeking someone who is comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills and is serious multi-tasker.

Primary Role: Perform services as assigned, following SERVPRO production guidelines. Communicate with the customer to make sure that all needs are met. Support crew chief and other production personnel as needed. Clean/Sanitize and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse and office areas as needed.

Results Expected: Production processes are performed according to guidelines and work orders. Communications to crew chief and customer are timely. Jobs are completed at or beyond customer expectations. Vehicles, equipment, and facilities remain clean, sanitize orderly, and working properly.

Duties:

· Water and Fire Mitigation

· Board-up Services

· Demolition

· Contents Pack out & Cleaning

· Contents Moving & Storage

· Some Mold Remediation.

Qualifications:

· Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

· Able to work independently and as part of a team

· Self starter, willing to learn, with solid work history

· High school degree or equivalent educational experience; a vocational school or trade apprenticeships is a plus

· Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

· Monday to Friday

· Overtime

· Possible weekends
