Our Franchise is seeking someone who is responsible for overseeing all water and fire clean-up losses that come in, dispatching teams, supervising technicians, monitoring jobs, and ensuring that the work is completed successfully. In addition, you will be in charge of handling work orders, enhancing production efficiency, and overseeing the warehouse.

Requirements:
* 5+ years industry experience
* IICRC certification preferred
* Xactimate experience preferred
* Management experience
* Strong in communication & relationship skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Local candidates preferred but may consider relocation
* Ability to work a flexible schedule with on-call availability
