Position Overview: As a Crew Chief at Texans Best Restoration, you will play a crucial role in the mold remediation process. You will be responsible for inspecting properties for mold growth, implementing remediation plans, and ensuring that properties are safe for occupancy. Key Responsibilities:

Mold Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify the presence and extent of mold growth using specialized equipment and techniques.
Remediation Planning: Develop comprehensive mold remediation plans based on inspection findings and industry best practices.
Mold Removal: Safely and effectively remove mold from affected areas, including cleaning and disinfecting surfaces.
Structural Drying: Assist in the drying and dehumidification of properties to prevent future mold growth.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all inspection and remediation activities, including photos and written reports.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working order and properly maintained.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to protect both team members and clients.
Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, explaining the remediation process and answering any questions or concerns.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including project managers and restoration technicians, to ensure a seamless workflow.
Continued Education: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to mold remediation.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications in mold remediation is a plus).
Previous experience in mold remediation or related field require.
Knowledge of mold removal techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
