Business Development Representative:
In this role you will be working within the KC market and surrounding areas to grow our footprint and continue to help us grow our market share. This is a collaborative role with the Owner, GM and the rest of the team. While working independently you will need to also engage with the team.

The role is broad with many activities as seen below but are not limited to the activities below:

* Work an existing pipeline of customers
*Look and build new customers/ contractors
* Develop new areas of revenue
*Network in the community and in different groups to put and keep us engaged in the community
* Manage and document all activities and communication in our CRM.
* Metrics of calls, emails and networking will be monitored to help assure success.
* Compensation is a Base + Commission structure
