Looking to fill a Restoration Operations Manager position in the Kansas City area for a local restoration company. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the production, efficiency, and daily activities of operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that business runs smoothly, resources are used efficiently, and processes are optimized to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing Daily Operations: Manage and streamline day-to-day operations across various departments, ensuring that work is completed on time and to standard.
* Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement in business processes and implement strategies to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
* Resource Management: Ensure that all resources (people, materials, equipment) are effectively allocated to meet business needs and objectives.
* Team Leadership: Lead and supervise operational staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and motivation.
* Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure operations stay within financial constraints while achieving maximum profitability.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations, organizational policies, and customer expectations.
* Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term strategic planning, helping to shape the direction of the company through effective operational initiatives.
* Risk Management: Identify operational risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure the business can quickly recover from any disruptions.
* Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on operational performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas of improvement to senior management.

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
3-4 years of experience in operations, project management, or related fields
Prior experience in restoration leadership or restoration supervisory role is preferred.
